Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email enabling you to track its status. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with the link to track your order.
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact support by submitting your request through the "Contact" form, or you can send us an email to: contact@chicray.com

We do accept returns, subject to the following conditions:
1. The product was delivered in a damaged or contaminated package.
2. The product is defective or of poor quality.
3. The wrong item was delivered.
4. You changed your mind and wish to return the product.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the type of product you order. Normally it usually takes 1 to 3 days to process and mark ready for delivery.
